UBBT needs two control features badly to prevent deliberate spam / flooding from miscreants:
1) Users can only post after 'x' seconds -- say 60 secs by default, but can be set from Admin CP.
2) Users can only post 'y' posts in 24 hours -- say 500 by default for small boards who dont need it, but can be tweaked to anything through Admin CP at the time of crisis.
